Exchange Policy

• No returns — only exchanges allowed.
• Exchange valid only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
• Request must be raised within 14 days of delivery by emailing us at info@konsciouslifestyle.in.
• Product must be unused and in original packaging with tags.
• “Final Sale” items, gift cards, and rewards are non-exchangeable.
• If the issue is our fault (defect/wrong item), we cover shipping.
• For size/variant exchange (if applicable), shipping charges may apply.
